What Rigel Solutionsis — and isn’t
Rigel Solutions is a federal micro-purchase capture platform. It surfaces $3,500–$10,000 opportunities posted to SAM.gov and Unison Global within hours of posting, drafts bid language against each one, and positions your set-aside eligibility (Minority-Owned, Active-Duty, HubZone, Veteran-Owned) inside the proposal. The Professional tier adds polished proposal formatting ready for human review; the Enterprise tier layers in concierge support, hand-crafted capability statements, and same-day turnaround on bid windows shorter than 48 hours.
The platform is a drafting-and-discovery tool. It is not a contracting officer, a legal advisor, or a substitute for the due-diligence and compliance work your business owes on every bid. Every quote generated by the AI is reviewed by a human before submission, and Rigel Solutions does not warrant or guarantee award outcomes on any individual opportunity.

How the trial works and what it covers
A free trial, when offered, unlocks the full Professional-tier feature set for the duration stated at signup. The daily micro-purchase feed, the set-aside filtering, the AI-assisted bid drafts, and the email digest are all active during the trial. You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard — the trial ends at the end of the current day and you are not charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial window closes, the chosen tier’s monthly Stripe charge begins automatically. The trial conversion is announced by email seven days and again 24 hours before the first charge. The trial is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranty of any kind, and Rigel Solutions reserves the right to revoke trial access for abusive or fraudulent use at any time without prior notice.
No-Refund Disclaimer
Paid monthly tiers are billed — and stay billed — for the full month
The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable. The platform is delivered as a flat monthly charge and there is no proration, no mid-month refund for cancellation, and no credit for unused days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month — you keep full access through the period you’ve already paid for, and the next renewal does not run.
A chargeback filed in place of a routine cancellation is treated as a breach of these terms. Where the law requires a different outcome (consumer-protection statutes in your jurisdiction, mandatory cooling-off periods), the minimum remedy required by law applies; otherwise the terms of this section govern.

Rigel Solutionsprovides the platform “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy of a bid draft, the completeness of an opportunity listing, or the outcome of any federal procurement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigel Solutions, its officers, and its contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost bids, or your business’s decision to submit (or not submit) a quote. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
