Live watchlist signal

Agency forecasts, before the bid hits.

Agency forecasts show where procurement requirements are gathering before a formal solicitation appears. Use the combined forecast and FPDS activity ranking to decide where to focus research, relationships, and capture planning next.

How to read the signal

Spot concentrated demand before it becomes a posting.

Forecast density is the stored number of agency-planned opportunities in a fiscal period. A higher count means more requirements are concentrated there, providing an earlier demand signal than waiting for a solicitation to appear.

Signal 01

Forecast density + FPDS activity

Each row represents an agency and fiscal forecast period. Rows are ranked by the forecast density, with the latest normalized FPDS activity adding context when a matching agency record exists.

When FPDS activity is unavailable, the ranking falls back to forecast density. It is a volume signal, not a guarantee that every planned requirement will become a solicitation.

Signal 02

Earlier capture timing

A forecast can point to procurement intent while the opportunity is still being shaped. That lead time helps teams align capabilities and eligibility before the bid window opens.

Refreshes are driven by the daily snapshot job and displayed with their latest fetch time below.

Daily agency signal
Forecast + FPDS rank by agency
Forecast density leads the signal, with latest-batch FPDS activity contributing when it is available.
Adjacent demand signal
FPDS sub-award trends
Recent sub-award activity can show where demand is moving through an agency's supplier network. It is an adjacent signal for capture planning, not a replacement for the forecast.

Use this signal alongside the posted-demand watchlist to prioritize the next capture move.
